Announcement on energy-saving use of electrical equipment
On 23 March 2026, Electricité du Cambodge issued an announcement on the energy-saving use of electrical equipment.
In response to rising global fuel prices and hot weather conditions during the dry season. The announcement encourages customers and the public to reduce electricity consumption by limiting the use of air conditioners, switching off unused devices, choosing energy-efficient equipment, and adopting other energy-saving practices to reduce costs and conserve energy resources.
